DISCIPLINE LEADER CAMP 2009

My fellow DLs,

I hope its not to late for me to relay the following message to you.

First and foremost, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for attending the training camp with proper mindset. You leaders proved me wrong for sure. I thought that I would have to put up a mask and unleashed the devil within me which probably most of you would hate. Cooperation and bonding could soon be seen after the physical training and ice breakers activity. Soon, teamwork, efficiency and the sense of urgency was progressively built later that day. By the end of the day, you leaders still do not only trust one of your senses. Instead you uses all of it and proved that all the ghostly and scary features was your fellow seniors all along.

Although you were given only a certain amount of hours to sleep, you were still on time reporting to me. With such great responsibility have earned you a 25 minutes rest before proceeding with the area cleaning. After which, all of our true colours was exposed. I do not with to elaborate on it any further. After all, I did enjoy myself :D

To cut it short, our 3 main objectives of the camp have been fulfilled. However, a few problem just surfaces within less than 48 hours. As a team,we still have dozens of obstacles to go through. If you choose to overcome it alone, you will only feel the pain and you yourself will only be proud of it. But,as team. YOU SUFFER TOGETHER & YOU WILL BE PROUD OF IT TOGETHER ONCE YOU'VE ACCOMPLISH IT :)

Well DLs,i hope that you've learn something else or perhaps new aside from the normal teamwork and communication phrase which you will bring up every short debrief.
With that, I thanks you once again & kindly accept my sincerest and deepest apology if the camp was too boring or my actions/words were unreasonable.

XOXO,

Emman
