2nd August Meeting Agenda

Hi DLs,

Thank you to those who attended the rehearsal today. There will be a meeting this Mon morning at the detention room at 730 am. Agenda are as follows:-

1. Confirm parents’ attendance
2. Follow up on absentees for today’s rehearsal (inform of committee and seating arrangements on stage)
3. Finalise the new communication tree for all levels.
4. Update students’ names in committees for investiture (some students with long names have their surnames missing)
5. Ensure EVERYONE has the proper attire for investiture (white long sleeve shirt, court shoes, stockings, long pants for lower sec boys)
6. Remind everyone of the rehearsal on Mon IMMEDIATELY after school at the school hall.

Absentees for today (NPCC/Basketball/Girl Guides, etc) Inform them of Mon’s morning meeting and rehearsals.
