Hello DLs!

Here are a couple of things to take note of in preparation of the next year. 

Firstly, our weekly assembly presentations (scheduled to be in Term One). Respective Duty ICs, you will be in charge of this, leading your duty committee in making the powerpoint slides etc. If you have any queries, please look for Mdm Roseza, Hidayah, Jerald or me.

1. Grooming & Attire (Samanthan, Hidayah, Jerald)

2. Latecoming (Liyun, Ying Hui)

3. Canteen Duty (Ana, Madina)

4. Patrolling & Returning Keys (Lee Yi, Hameed)

Please start early on this so as to avoid last minute work next year!

Next, DLs under these EXCO heads be prepared for your jobs / you can start thinking of how you want it to be done in committees.

1. Ana- decorate notice board, monthly calendar

2. Lee Yi- special project

3. Mubeen- CIP planning

Lastly, keep these dates free!!

23 Dec (Thurs), 12p.m.: EXCO meeting with Mdm Roseza (Committee heads, vice heads)

27 Dec (Mon), 12p.m.: EXCO meeting with Mdm Roseza (Committee heads, vice heads) [BACK UP DATE]

31 Dec ( Fri), morning: All DLs to turn up for briefing regarding first day of school
